Jake is joining the Personified Team as the Director of Client Success. He has over 20 years of experience working in customer service and empowering customers to get the most value out of their experience. He most recently worked for a community media company that is leading the charge in online accessibility for local and state governments. Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading and bringing his family on new adventures together.
