During the first month of Personified’s engagement with the company, Personified received an alert about a suspicious login. Within two minutes, Personified investigated the alert, determined an employee had interacted with a phishing email, and secured the account.

For over a month, an attacker had been inside that employee’s account.
Personified instantly investigated the breach, shut down the attacker’s access, and secured the account. A thorough review of all file access and activity logs confirmed the threat actor had taken no action and had not compromised any other part of the company’s environment. Time-to-resolution was under five minutes.
After resolving both incidents, Personified provided incident reports and recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of the company’s tech stack. The guidance created a roadmap to prevent future email compromise. The company embraced Personified’s recommendation to enforce passkeys, which provide stronger two-factor authentication. Personified trained all employees in passkey setup and usage to ensure company-wide adoption and enforcement.
As part of Personified’s security services, it implemented proactive, custom alerting for Google Workspace workflows, enabling response to alerts within seconds.
Personified’s rapid response to both security incidents prevented threat actors from exfiltrating any data. The media company was relieved to learn that attackers had been unable to take action.

For offboarding, Personified uses custom script automation for Google Workspace that enables the team to efficiently remove staff, reset credentials, and revoke access at scale. The same efficiency that powers the onboarding process applies to the ramp-down program, ensuring clean, secure offboarding for hundreds of accounts.
Personified also guides the organization’s IT budget and procurement strategy. It selects Chromebooks for field staff, configures the right apps for deployment, and manages all laptop shipping and logistics for both incoming and outgoing staff. It continues to store the organization’s device inventory as part of its ongoing services.
