Client Support Technician
Devonte is based in Florida. He has been in the tech industry for 3 years; his experience began as a Tier 2 Client Support Technician for Addigy before joining the Personified team. He is focused on delivering white-glove support for his clients, and aims to continue to build upon his skills.
Ben is a Systems Administrator who previously worked at National Lutheran Communities and Services supporting 600 systems and 800 employees. He is passionate about exploring the way systems work and how to improve efficiency.
VP, Technical Programs
Amanda leads project management at Personified. Before joining Personified, Amanda worked in the abortion access movement since 2016, including at Digital Defense Fund, where she helped abortion access organizations with their digital security and technology.
Jess is responsible for developing growth strategies and overseeing the company's daily operations. Jess has worked with nonprofits for over a decade in various roles in operations, fundraising, and events.
Dylan leads the Engineering team. Dylan has spent his career in IT roles for media production companies in the film and TV industry, where he gained nearly 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has earned various certifications in tech support, networking, security, and Apple products.
Director, Client Support
Chris is based in New York and most recently served as IT Director for Blue State, a progressive digital strategy and technology firm. He has over a decade of IT experience that includes previous roles at Enjoy and Apple.
Sr. Client Support Technician
Nako has been a tech professional for over 5 years, recently at Addigy. In his time in tech, he's held various support, database, and leadership roles.
Technical Programs Manager
Laura is the Technical Programs Manager at Personified. She has worked in operations and technology in the progressive space over the last 2 decades. She was the National Director of State Operations at the Democratic National Committee and the 2020 Biden campaign and Director of Operations for the Biden New Hampshire primary election. Prior to that she was a Project Manager at a progressive technology company, the Obama 2008 campaign and White House, Tough Mudder and NGP Software (now NGPVAN).
Kai is based out of Washington, DC. His previous experience includes 10 years of pharmacy and healthcare information management. With a focus in project management, Kai works to aid in collaboration and workflow efficiency for internal administration at Personified.
Client Support Technician
Jesse has almost a decade of experience in various administrative and executive support roles in the progressive digital and technology space. Jesse has supported C-Suite level executives for most of his career, and has brought that high touch approach to his work with Personified's clients.
IT Systems & Knowledge Manager
For well over a decade, James has been deploying information technology across several retail, healthcare, and governmental clients including the 2020 Democratic National Convention. He's passionate about helping clients through any computer issue, and he creates and leads trainings across the organization.
Director, IT Operations
Natalia leads IT Operations at Personified, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and procurement for our clients. Prior to Personified, Natalia managed IT operations for the Elizabeth Warren presidential campaign. Most recently, she worked on the Biden-Harris Transition's IT Infrastructure & Security team.
Client Support Manager
Chris has previously worked for the 2020 Democratic National Convention Committee, Biden for President (2020), and the 59th Presidential Inaugural Committee where he served as a member of their technology teams and lent his skills as part of the Advance Team.
Mike serves as the IT + cybersecurity lead for our clients. Mike has worked in IT for over 15 years, with the last 8 years focused on helping progressive organizations streamline and secure their technology. Prior to Personified, he ran IT, cybersecurity, and threat response for the Elizabeth Warren presidential campaign; since then, he's been focused on helping progressive organizations apply these learnings to help keep their data safe and their tech running flawlessly.
Jim works behind the scenes to ensure systems stay up and running and troubleshoots urgent issues promptly as they arise. He has worked in IT for over 17 years and exclusively in the non-profit / journalism space for over 10 years. Before Personified, he worked at Success Academy Charter Schools and more recently at ProPublica helping keep their staff digitally secure while journalists worked on long-form investigative stories that have made a large impact in government.
Andrea is a California native now living in the DMV. As a first-gen Mexican-American, she fell into the progressive movement after her service with Teacher For America. After several cycles of campaign organizing and digital marketing, her interest pivoted to cyber policy during her graduate studies at Johns Hopkins. She enjoys movies, reading, and traveling with her husband. She enjoys movies, reading, and traveling with her husband. As Director of Partnerships, she brings in new partnerships and expands existing – all with a side of project management.
IT Operations Associate
Azamaare’s most recent role was at DrFirst where they delivered technical support to hospitals, physicians, pharmacies, and care providers. They currently organize with Techies For Reproductive Justice, Black LGBTQIA+ Migrant Project and within their geographical community -- Azamaare is a teacher, community organizer, technologist, and artist working at the intersections of technology and social justice. Their work focuses on mutual aid, community care, reproductive justice, immigration, and the impact of technology on marginalized communities.
Sr. Client Support Administrator
TR is a Washington, DC native. He has spent 8 years progressing in IT Support, starting from a college help desk role and eventually becoming a lead support engineer at Capital One Financial.
Sr. IT Operations Associate
Zach's previous experience includes on-site IT support at major tennis and golf events, IT support for a medical recruiting office, and IT support for a luxury resort. He supports Personified's clients in device procurement, onboarding, offboarding, and other operational support.
Client Support Specialist
Tony most recently worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Home Depot, where he successfully resolved customer issues with notable success rates and positive feedback rating based on customer satisfaction surveys -- he attributes this to a commitment to excellent customer service, patient communication, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
