Devonte is based in Florida. He has been in the tech industry for 3 years; his experience began as a Tier 2 Client Support Technician for Addigy before joining the Personified team. He is focused on delivering white-glove support for his clients, and aims to continue to build upon his skills.

Jalil is an IT Operations Associate at Personified, where he focuses on delivering seamless onboarding, offboarding, and procurement support to mission-driven clients. He brings hands-on experience from his time in MSP helpdesk environments, where he developed strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills across tier 1 and tier 2 support. Jalil is passionate about building efficient processes and providing support that empowers organizations to focus on their core missions. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, experimenting in his home lab environment, and spending time out with his dog.

Amanda leads project management at Personified. Before joining Personified, Amanda worked in the abortion access movement since 2016, including at Digital Defense Fund, where she helped abortion access organizations with their digital security and technology.

Jess is responsible for developing growth strategies and overseeing the company’s daily operations. Jess has worked with nonprofits for over a decade in various roles in operations, fundraising, and events.

Dylan leads the Engineering team. Dylan has spent his career in IT roles for media production companies in the film and TV industry, where he gained nearly 20 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has earned various certifications in tech support, networking, security, and Apple products.

Chris is based in New York and most recently served as IT Director for Blue State, a progressive digital strategy and technology firm. He has over a decade of IT experience that includes previous roles at Enjoy and Apple.

Nako has been a tech professional for over 5 years, recently at Addigy. In his time in tech, he’s held various support, database, and leadership roles.

Laura is the Technical Programs Manager at Personified. She has worked in operations and technology in the progressive space over the last 2 decades. She was the National Director of State Operations at the Democratic National Committee and the 2020 Biden campaign and Director of Operations for the Biden New Hampshire primary election. Prior to that she was a Project Manager at a progressive technology company, the Obama 2008 campaign and White House, Tough Mudder and NGP Software (now NGPVAN)

Isis is an IT Operations Associate at Personified, where she focuses on onboarding and offboarding support, documentation, and helping mission-driven clients streamline their IT operations. She works closely with client teams to ensure their technology needs are handled smoothly, whether that’s setting up new staff, managing procurement, or supporting secure processes from start to finish. Before joining Personified, she held roles in project management, technical support, and research operations across higher education and nonprofit sectors. Her north star in every role has been building efficient systems and fostering empathetic, inclusive experiences for teams navigating complex challenges. Outside of work, she’s likely cozy gaming, reading, or filming her cats’ latest antics. She also loves researching and learning about the world around her, especially if it sparks thoughtful conversations and ensures every voice is heard.

Emily leads the account team at Personified. Before joining, she led Customer Success for a zero-trust software company which was acquired by 1Password in 2024. With ten years of experience leading customer facing teams, she brings a focus on optimization and driving value for customers through relationship.

Jesse has almost a decade of experience in various administrative and executive support roles in the progressive digital and technology space. Jesse has supported C-Suite level executives for most of his career, and has brought that high touch approach to his work with Personified’s clients.

Jobe is based in the DMV area. Starting his Technology journey at Apple he has over 10 years of experience working on and leading teams. Jobe has been focused on Operational Technology for the past four years. Jobe strives to bring a personal touch to everyone he interacts with by approaching all interactions with a warm smile and welcoming invitation. Outside of work Jobe has a passion for volunteering and giving back to the community.

Natalia leads IT Operations at Personified, overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and procurement for our clients. Prior to Personified, Natalia managed IT operations for the Elizabeth Warren presidential campaign. Most recently, she worked on the Biden-Harris Transition’s IT Infrastructure & Security team.

Chris has previously worked for the 2020 Democratic National Convention Committee, Biden for President (2020), and the 59th Presidential Inaugural Committee where he served as a member of their technology teams and lent his skills as part of the Advance Team.

Ashley Lauritano leads Finance and HR at Personified, bringing over 15 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations and high-growth start-ups. She specializes in building scalable financial operations, implementing HR and payroll systems, and driving cross-functional process improvements that enable teams to thrive. With a passion for purposeful work, Ashley takes a hands-on, systems-first approach to aligning people, processes, and performance. Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mom of two and enjoys traveling to new places with her family, always seeking meaningful moments and new perspectives.

Erika is the HR Manager at Personified, where she leads people operations and employee experience with a focus on building inclusive systems that support a healthy, high-performing remote team. She brings over a decade of experience in human resources, operations, and organizational development, with a strong track record of supporting mission-driven teams through growth and change.

Mike serves as the IT + cybersecurity lead for our clients. Mike has worked in IT for over 15 years, with the last 8 years focused on helping progressive organizations streamline and secure their technology. Prior to Personified, he ran IT, cybersecurity, and threat response for the Elizabeth Warren presidential campaign; since then, he’s been focused on helping progressive organizations apply these learnings to help keep their data safe and their tech running flawlessly.

John is an Army veteran and IT professional based out of Texas. He has been an IT support professional for over six years with experience in MSP work and on-site support. John has a passion for supporting organizations and empowering them to thrive in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Charisse is a Technical Programs Project Manager at Personified, where she brings over a decade of experience leading complex technical initiatives across the political, nonprofit, and IT consulting sectors. With a strong background in program operations and an MBA, she excels at guiding clients through strategic, technical problem-solving—from discovery to implementation. Prior to joining Personified, she held leadership roles at the Democratic National Committee, California Democratic Party, and Experis IT, where she managed nationwide technology deployments, cybersecurity programs, and infrastructure modernization efforts. Most recently, she served as part of the IT leadership team for the 2024 Harris-Walz campaign, ensuring the seamless delivery of mission-critical systems.

Jim works behind the scenes to ensure systems stay up and running and troubleshoots urgent issues promptly as they arise. He has worked in IT for over 17 years and exclusively in the non-profit / journalism space for over 10 years. Before Personified, he worked at Success Academy Charter Schools and more recently at ProPublica helping keep their staff digitally secure while journalists worked on long-form investigative stories that have made a large impact in government.

Debra is an IT Operations Associate at Personified, supporting day to day IT operations. She has a background in biomedical and clinical engineering and has worked in healthcare technology management supporting systems essential to reliable healthcare delivery.

Ian is a Senior Technical Programs Project Manager at Personified. He has spent over a decade leading digital transformation projects across government, utilities, healthcare, and campaigns. He specializes in bringing steady leadership and clear communication to complex projects, keeping teams focused on delivering outcomes that matter to clients. Ian is based in the DC area with his partner and two dogs.

Colin is a Senior Engineering Manager based in Western New York, passionate about building inclusive and empowering teams and systems, with experience encompassing the non-profit space, the MSP world, and most recently, leading a fintech startup’s IT practice through hypergrowth. If the choice were between mountains or beaches, Colin would choose both.

Adrianna is a Senior Technical Programs Project Manager based in New York. She brings over a decade of experience to this role with a strong background in political campaigns, digital consulting, and project management. When she’s not on her computer, Adrianna likes to dive into a new book, traverse a local hiking trail, or practice a challenging yoga pose.

TR is a Washington, DC native. He has spent 8 years progressing in IT Support, starting from a college help desk role and eventually becoming a lead support engineer at Capital One Financial.

Azamaare’s most recent role was at DrFirst where they delivered technical support to hospitals, physicians, pharmacies, and care providers. They currently organize with Techies For Reproductive Justice, Black LGBTQIA+ Migrant Project and within their geographical community — Azamaare is a teacher, community organizer, technologist, and artist working at the intersections of technology and social justice. Their work focuses on mutual aid, community care, reproductive justice, immigration, and the impact of technology on marginalized communities.

Serp has been working in Operations for the last 10+ years in the non-profit sector with previous stops at uAspire, OneGoal, and most recently at Alliance for Youth Action/Organizing. He’s a CyberSecurity enthusiast and is currently based in Silver Spring, MD. He’s a gamer at heart (Rocket League, Mario Kart, you name it & he’s there), an avid Boston Celtics fan, and a pup parent.

Dharshana is Personified’s VP of Partnerships. He brings over a decade of experience leading growth for organizations. Prior to Personified, Dharshana was at Blue State, a mission-driven strategy agency focused on helping leading progressive causes, companies, and campaigns drive impact.

Bridget is a Client Support Technician with over six years of IT Support experience at Capital One Financial, where sh started as an intern and advanced to Tier 2 support. During her time there, she developed a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and customer service. Her focus at Personified is to continue growing in her role while deepening her skill set and expanding her knowledge.

Lila is a Technical Programs Project Manager with expertise in technical implementations, client onboarding, and business development. Prior to joining Personified, she worked in professional services at Bonterra Tech, partnering with progressive nonprofits and PACs to implement digital marketing and data management solutions that advanced their missions.

Zach’s previous experience includes on-site IT support at major tennis and golf events, IT support for a medical recruiting office, and IT support for a luxury resort. He supports Personified’s clients in device procurement, onboarding, offboarding, and other operational support.
